Project Update: Two-Storey Residential Renovation

We are pleased to provide an update on the ongoing interior renovation works. As of this date, installation of the suspended ceiling framework at the ground floor is in progress, including the placement of metal furring channels and support members forming the structural base of the ceiling system.
Electrical rough-in works are likewise underway, with wiring and lighting provisions being carefully positioned in preparation for ceiling board installation. All activities are carried out with strict adherence to proper alignment, coordination, and quality standards to ensure efficient integration of concealed services.
The project continues to progress in accordance with the planned schedule, with close supervision implemented to maintain workmanship and overall quality.
