ZED BUILDERS INC are in need of the following:
PROJECT MANAGER-1
1. Proven experience as construction project manager especially in handling High Rise Projects.
2. Work together with engineers, architects, and other professionals to establish the project's specs.
3. Work out profitable arrangements with outside providers by negotiating contracts.
4. Obtain licenses and permits from the relevant authorities.
5. From beginning to end, ascertain the resources (labor, machinery, and supplies) required while keeping budgetary constraints in mind.
6. To guarantee that deadlines are met, organize all construction activities and make sure they are completed on time.
7. Obtain supplies and equipment, keep an eye on inventory, and act quickly to address shortages.
8. Employ workers, contractors, and other personnel, and assign duties.
9. Watch over the work of mechanics, workers, and other professionals and provide assistance as needed.
10. Assess development and compile thorough reports.
11. Make sure all health and safety regulations are followed, and report any problems.
PROJECT-IN-CHARGE – 3
1. Oversees and controls the project's allotted scope of work.
2. Helps to carry out the Project Construction Safety and Health Program, Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, and Project Operational Plan.
3. Develops project objectives in conjunction with management by examining project plans and proposals.
4. Establishes the components, phases, and responsibilities of the project.
5. Determines the needs for the project by looking at performance standards, client demands, and product design.
6. Verifies the performance of the product through testing and design.
7. Studies project plans and specifications, computes time needs, and arranges project pieces in a certain order to determine the project schedule.
8. Oversees the advancement of the project, plans actions, and settles problems under pressure and strict deadlines.
9. Examines plans and schedule modifications, design, and specifications.
10. Keeps an eye on and manages jobsite spending to keep project costs under line.
11. Creates project status reports by gathering, evaluating, and condensing worksite information.
12. Maintains a hygienic and safe workplace by upholding policies, guidelines, and norms.
13. Exemplifies leadership by encouraging peaceful and effective collaboration.
