To our valued customers, Here's the charging guide / tips how to better maintain your battery:

1.) To calibrate your batteries, drain them at least once a month.
2.) Avoid charging if battery is still at 75-90%
3.) Wait to cool down your batteries for at least 30 minutes before charging.
4.) Plug/unplug charger every 4 hours while charging and see if it turns RED (continue charging) or YELLOW (full charge). Sometimes, charger will not turn off automatically due to some changes in electrical voltage output.
5.) Avoid charging when lightning occurs.
6.) If you do not use your ebike for a long period of time, charge the battery in full and charge it every month to maintain the power and condition of your battery.
