1. Architectural Schematic Design
The service where project conceptualization takes place. The architect will coordinate the client’s requirements, visit the site to see the actual and present condition of lot followed by drafting the initial floor plans and design. A Statement of Probable Construction Cost will be submitted with the plans and des
ign to orient the client with the possible costs of the proposed development.
2. Construction Documentation (Building Permit Requirements)
Prepared from the approved Architectural Schematic Design documents, the complete Construction Drawings and Specifications setting forth in detail the work required for the architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing/sanitary, mechanical and other service connected equipment. It also includes the preparation of bill of materials and specifications describing the type and quality of materials, finish, manner of construction and the general conditions under which the project is to be constructed. All of this shall be prepared, signed and sealed by professional architect and engineers and shall constitute the technical requirements for the application of building permit.
3. Architectural Interiors
The service where the development of interiors of buildings and residences are planned and design in such that they contribute to the physical, visual and intellectual comforts of the users. The output of this service shall include a furniture layout plan, spot 3D perspectives and a statement of probable construction cost.
