Glimpse of the rest of the construction journey of our completed project at The Median Condominium 🫶

A little backstory to when we we're still on the process of passing the board exams for Master Plumbers and Architects; when we we're frequently going back and forth to Cebu for the reviews and examination days. We were on the ferry boat approaching and watching the city scape of Cebu City as we jokingly said that the next time we'll be travelling this frequent to Cebu it will be because of a project of our own. To God be the Glory, God really does answers our prayer in a unique and amazing way. ☺️✨

This was indeed an answered prayer although we jokingly shrugged it off because of the rarest possibility it would take.
Thank you so much to our dearest Japan Client for giving us your full trust on this project ❤️ It was a challenge but was proven worth-it as we have delivered the project as excellent as we deliver our projects in our hometown in Bohol.

This project is from a repeat client who is an OFW in Japan who fell in love with combining designs from both cultures. With the majestic effects of proper small space planning, the design is inspired on Japandi style and Modern contemporary combined. The condominium's unit interior has a total floor area of 22 sq. meters and is equipped with standard spaces that meets the requirements of a working class occupants. A small yet spacious interior that one can relax in the middle of the city.
