Provide regular design services for an exclusive beach resort in Pantukan, Davao de Oro. Task to master plan the resort with consideration to the existing buildings & vegetations on site. The resort should have the following provisions; a small cottage villa with foot bath, a function hall, swimming pool, pond, garden, canteen for short orders, & an exclusive house.

A Bespoke approach to this is to provide an operable brise-soliel on the facade creating shading to the direct sun in the morning & afternoon and introducing an architectural identity to the neighborhood.

This creative & strategic placement allows the users to have optimum sunshading and ventilation without compromising the visibility of the adjacent scenery.
