1. Serve as primary point of contact: scheduling of tasks, liaison, receive and forward inquiries/requests to appropriate department, coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders and payment.
2. Coordinate tasks and logistics for upcoming commitments (calendar management)
3. Ensure smooth communication between higher management and staff and help in assigning work to appropriate staff.
4. Maintain contact lists - suppliers, etc.
5. Ensure that all necessary materials/supplies are provided when/where needed.
Qualifications:
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
2. Exceptional organizational skills
3. High level of integrity
4. Highly independent, able to complete tasks with little or no guidance
5. Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
6. Can multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
7. Driver's license is a plus
