Designing a home goes far beyond surface-level aestheticsβit is fundamentally about solving spatial challenges, optimizing functional flow, and ensuring every single square meter delivers long-term value.
The primary interior spaces utilize bespoke, full-height architectural millwork. By integrating custom platform beds and full-height wardrobe directly into the wall planes, we eliminated dead volume, streamlined circulation, and maximized storage efficiency.
Visual volume and lighting hierarchy are defined through architectural tray ceilings finished with timber accents. Paired with warm-spectrum brass pendant fixtures, this ceiling treatment adds vertical rhythm and subtle spatial division across the primary zones.
The wet areas emphasize hygiene, low maintenance, and ergonomic efficiency. We specified large-format porcelain stone-look cladding to minimize grout joints, paired with flush recessed wall niches to preserve clear, unobstructed shower clearances.
To ensure uninterrupted utility performance, a back-of-house utility pad was engineered specifically for continuous water delivery. The system incorporates a multi-stage filtration assembly, pressure vessel, and automated booster pump for uniform pressure across all fixtures.
The exterior elevation balances envelope privacy, natural light, and modern curb appeal. The front facade features modular breeze-block screening for passive ventilation, an arched aluminum accent window, and a solid timber main door beneath a steel-framed canopy.
