Fun fact sa land surveying: Ang BL monument o political boundary mohon ay puwedeng magsilbing primary reference sa site. Ang mga existing concrete wall at bakod naman ay maaari ring makatulong bilang secondary reference—lalo na kung naitayo ang mga ito batay sa naunang relocation survey at sa mga existing mohon at political boundaries.

Kaya kapag may existing wall o concrete fence sa property, mahalagang ma-check kung tugma ito sa tamang boundary. 🧭📐

Ngayong nagsisimula na ang development, nagpa-double-check ang client kung tama ang pagkaka-layout ng boundary wall. Sa verification, may nakita kaming discrepancy—kaya ni-relay out namin ang eksaktong linya para maitama ang wall habang maaga pa. 🧱📍

May naitayo nang pader? Okay lang—mas mabuting maitama ngayon kaysa maging permanenteng dahilan ng sakit ng ulo later. 😅

Kahit matagal na kaming nag-survey ng property, puwede pa rin kaming tawagin para mag-verify. Ang site checking at re-layout ay may katumbas na professional fee.
