Starting the day with something warm, light, and comforting โ fresh steamed dumplings straight from the bamboo steamer. Perfect with soy-calamansi and a little chili kick. ๐
Sarap ng umaga pag may ganitong mainit at homemade. ๐
๐๐ก๐๐ฅ๐๐๐๐๐ก๐ง๐ฆ:
250g shrimp, chopped
150g fish fillet, minced
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Dumpling wrappers
๐๐ข๐ช ๐ง๐ข ๐๐ข๐ข๐:
1. Mix shrimp, fish, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Place 1 spoon of filling in each wrapper, fold, and seal edges.
3. Steam for 10โ12 minutes or until fully cooked.
4. Serve with soy sauce, calamansi, or chili sauce. ๐
