🔹 Admin Clerk – 1 position
🔹 Carpenter – 6 positions
🔹 Foreman – 1 position

Qualifications (General):

Willing to work on-site
Responsible, hardworking, and reliable
Can work well with a team
Specific Qualifications:

1. Admin Clerk (1)
*Must know how to prepare bidding documents
*Knowledgeable in procurement and documentation
*Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
*Good communication and organizational skills

2. Foreman (1)
*Must know how to read and interpret plans and drawings
*With experience supervising construction worker.
*Can manage manpower, materials, and daily site activities

3. Carpenter/Mason (6)
*Can perform multiple tasks under the supervision of the Foreman
*Experience in carpentry works
*Knowledgeable in construction tools and safety
