“Mag-submit ka muna ng schemes.”
“Tingnan muna natin bago tayo mag-contract.”

Mukhang normal pakinggan. Pero hindi dapat nagsisimula ang professional architectural services nang walang malinaw na written contract o service agreement.

Proteksyon ito hindi lang para sa architect, kundi pati sa client. Malinaw ang scope, deliverables, timeline, at professional fees.

Kung gusto mo ng professional service, dapat professional din ang proseso.

Lisensyado ka nga… pero sumusunod ka ba?

Hindi nagtatapos sa pagpasa ng board exam ang pagiging architect. May batas, may Code of Ethical Conduct, may Standards of Professional Practice, at may mga patakarang kailangang sundin.

Kapag binale-wala ang mga ito, hindi lang reputasyon ang nalalagay sa alanganin—pati ang propesyon mismo.

Ang tunay na propesyonal ay hindi lang magaling magdisenyo. Marunong din siyang sumunod sa mga pamantayang nagpoprotekta sa publiko at sa integridad ng architecture.

May plano ka na. Pero sure ka ba kung sino ang gumawa?

Hindi lang paggawa ng plans ng unlicensed individual ang bawal.

"Using, implementing or accepting plans" na gawa ng hindi lisensyadong practitioner ay may kaakibat na pananagutan.

Minsan, ang "murang plano" ang nagiging pinakamahal na problema.

Bago magpagawa o gumamit ng plano, check the license. Verify the credentials.

Si “Architect for Hire”… pero hindi naman pala licensed?

Kapag ginagamit ang titulong “Architect” para magmukhang licensed kahit hindi naman, hindi lang yan misleading — bawal yan sa ilalim ng R.A. 9266.

Hindi porket marunong magdrawing ng bahay, pwede nang magpakilalang architect. Ang title na “Architect” ay para lamang sa mga rehistrado at lisensyadong professionals.

Sa social media man, tarpaulin, business card, o online ads — bawal gamitin ang titulong hindi mo naman legal na hawak.

Si Arki, naging Narki!

Nag-expire na. Na-revoke na. Na-suspend na. Pero.... Wala pa ring tigil si Arki..este Narki.

Ang paggamit ng revoked, suspended, o cancelled na Certificate of Registration o PRC ID ay parang friving without a license. Bawal din yun. Hindi sapat na "dati kang licensed." Kailangan ng valid credentials para makapagpractice ng architecture.

Ang titulong "Architect" ay iginagawad lamang sa mga pumasa sa Architecture Licensure Examination na isinasagawa ng Professional Regulatory Board of Architecture sa ilalim ng pangangasiwa ng Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). Ang iyong PRC license ay personal at hindi pwedeng gamitin ng iba. If someone else is using your PRC ID, clearly, that is a "Narki move" Ang Title Hijacking ay isang seryosong paglabag sa RA 9266 Section 29 at may mabigat na kahihinatnan.
