Breathing new life into classic elegance!

We embraced a classic Spanish-Mediterranean style, harmonizing rustic charm with elegant architectural features. The distinctive terracotta roof tiles combined with visible wooden rafter tails instantly evoke a feeling of heritage and charm. From the detailed, designed tile risers on the staircase to the charming wooden doors, each texture was selected to enhance the home's inviting color scheme.

It is always a rewarding experience to honor a home's original charm while upgrading it for modern living.

Work is in progress on the foundational elements that transitions into striking design statements. The warmth of the slatted wood ceilings begins to contrast perfectly with the industrial edge of the custom metal floating staircase. Along the interior, the natural, rugged texture of the stone feature wall is already anchoring the space, bridging the gap between raw construction site and refined modern home.
