Modern Single-Story Residential Design

This project showcases a modern single-story residential design that combines clean lines, natural textures, and
contemporary materials. The exterior incorporates stone cladding and smooth stucco finishes, complemented by
wide windows that emphasize openness and natural light. The design includes a welcoming entrance and a
defined outdoor area suitable for relaxation and social gatherings. Inside, the floor plan features a master
bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom, and open-plan living spaces designed for comfort and
functionality. AutoCAD was used to develop the detailed floor plan, while SketchUp provided realistic 3D
visualizations of the overall architectural concept.

Second Floor Addition Project

This project involves the design and integration of a new second floor onto an existing ground floor structure. The
proposal maintains architectural harmony with the original brick façade while optimizing space for additional rooms
on the upper level. The AutoCAD floor plan illustrates the layout of the new second floor, while the 3D SketchUp
renderings visualize how the extension complements the existing structure. The design reflects careful
consideration of both functionality and aesthetic continuity.

Duplex Residential Design

A modern two-unit duplex designed for functional family living. The layout maximizes spatial efficiency and
ensures aesthetic symmetry through clean geometry and practical circulation. Technical drawings were executed
in AutoCAD, while 3D modeling and rendering were completed in SketchUp, demonstrating a strong grasp of both
precision drafting and visual presentation.
