A simple two-storey residential building located at St. Jude Subdivision, Brgy. Mayao Crossing, Lucena City, designed and supervised by MIJA Architects.

From the initial concept design to the final construction delivery, the project was executed seamlessly—showcasing a modern architectural aesthetic, well-planned standard interiors, and quality craftsmanship.

The clean façade, balanced use of materials, and functional layout reflect careful planning and attention to detail. Interior spaces such as the kitchen, living area, staircase, and toilet & bath were completed with a refined modern finish, ensuring comfort, practicality, and visual harmony throughout the home.
