This mindset stems from his early exposure to building work alongside his grandfather, a mechanical engineer who introduced him to the values of craftsmanship, resourcefulness, and persistence. Those formative years sparked his deep respect for the built environment and the workers behind it — a respect that continues to shape his practice to this day.
Beyond his practice, Ar. Angoy has served in various leadership roles within both architectural and non-architectural organizations, at local, regional, and national levels. These roles have strengthened his ability to lead with calm under pressure, adapt to diverse challenges, and uphold a standard of professionalism that reflects in every aspect of the company he leads.
