What is 4-H as a Club? The 4-H club is an organization of out-of-school youth (OSY) and in-school youth

(ISY) involved in agriculture programs and livelihood projects for the four-fold development of the HEAD, HEART, HANDS and HEALTH.

4-H Club: Is for the youth who are single, from 15-30 years old
Membership is open and voluntary
Emphasizes community-based projects in agriculture and homemaking
Is an avenue for farm family development

SYMBOLS OF THE 4-H CLUB
Emblem:
The Philippine 4-H Club adapts the international 4-H symbol consisting of a four-leaf clover having the letter H on each leaf. The stem must point to the right as you look at the image. The four H represents the HEAD, HEART, HANDS, and HEALTH through which the youth is trained and developed. Color:
Green and White/”Luntian at Puti”
Green represents nature’s most common color and symbolizes life and youth; white symbolizes purity sincerity and truth. Motto:
“Make the Best Better” / “Ang Magaling ay Pagbubutihin Pa”
The 4-H Club motto serves as the ideal for members in carrying out projects and in improving themselves. Slogan:
“Learning by Doing”/”Matuto Habang Gumagawa
