This project is the result of the collaborative effort between the creative minds of VJS Architecture & Design, OJTโ€™s and the intentional hearts of the Victory Bauan full-time staff, thoughtfully shaping a space designed for comfort, safety, and an enhanced worship experience.

Ang 40% ay general guide lang o tinatawag na rule of thumb sa construction industry. Nagbabago ito depende sa uri ng project, lokasyon, at klase ng trabaho.

Today, we took a moment to recognize and appreciate the dedication, curiosity, and passion demonstrated by our On-the-Job Training (OJT) trainees here at VJS Architecture & Design.

From day one, they stepped into our home office not just as trainees but as part of the team. They observed, asked, explored, contributed, and most importantly, learned. They immersed themselves in the design process, field exposure, technical work, and the realities of professional practice. And in return, we witnessed their potential unfold day by day. Beyond the drawings, models, and site visits, what stood out was their genuine eagerness to grow. That, more than anything, is what architectureโ€”and any meaningful professionโ€”is all about.
