Today, we took a moment to recognize and appreciate the dedication, curiosity, and passion demonstrated by our On-the-Job Training (OJT) trainees here at VJS Architecture & Design.
From day one, they stepped into our home office not just as trainees but as part of the team. They observed, asked, explored, contributed, and most importantly, learned. They immersed themselves in the design process, field exposure, technical work, and the realities of professional practice. And in return, we witnessed their potential unfold day by day. Beyond the drawings, models, and site visits, what stood out was their genuine eagerness to grow. That, more than anything, is what architectureโand any meaningful professionโis all about.
To our trainees, thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey. We hope the lessons, challenges, and experiences youโve gained here help shape your path ahead.
