This training is to educate and guide all personnel and subcontractors on the safe operation of equipment, maintaining proper distance, use of signalman/flagman, and conducting regular inspection and maintenance to prevent accidents, damage, and unsafe conditions.

After the completion of the training, personnel were reminded to operate equipment only if authorized and trained, maintain safe distance at all times, follow signalman/flagman instructions, conduct pre-use inspections, use proper PPE, follow manufacturer guidelines, and immediately report any defects or unsafe conditions.

Working at Heights Training

This safety training program was carried out to provides workers with knowledge and skills on safe access, proper use of fall protection systems, and correct work practices when performing tasks at elevated areas.

This training aims to ensure all personnel working at height are competent in identifying fall hazards, using appropriate fall protection equipment, and applying safe work procedures to prevent falls and related incidents.

At the end of the training, workers were reminded to always use a full body harness with proper anchorage, inspect equipment before use, follow approved access methods (ladder, scaffold, or platform), and never perform work at height without proper fall protection and supervision.

Heat Stress Awareness Training was conducted to educate workers on the risks of working in high-temperature environments, including the use of heat stress flag color coding and proper hydration practices.

This was performed to ensure all workers understand the dangers of heat stress, the use of heat stress flag color coding based on temperature levels (Green: 27–32°C, Yellow: 33–41°C, Orange: 42–51°C, Red: Above 52°C), the critical role of proper hydration, and are able to recognize and respond to symptoms such as dehydration, heat exhaustion, and heat stroke.

Workers were reminded to drink water regularly (not only when thirsty), take scheduled breaks in shaded or cool areas, wear appropriate PPE, monitor for signs of heat stress, and immediately report or respond to any symptoms to prevent serious health risks.
