By carving out pocket gardens and air wells, we transformed a 6m x 16m lot into a passive-cooling engine that feels expansive and alive.

Enclosed by firewalls on three sides, this 6m x 16m site presented a unique challenge: How do we bring the outdoors in without sacrificing privacy?

​The answer lay in subtraction. By carving out pocket gardens and strategic air wells, we turned the constraints into assets. These voids act as passive cooling engines, pulling fresh air and natural light into the deepest corners of the home.

​The result is the Daylight House, a home that feels expansive, regardless of its footprint.

SF Residence
Designing a west-facing home is always a study in light. For this project, the brief was tropical but quieter and more intentional.

We used a terracotta brick veneer to help reduce heat gain and kept the facade openings minimal. Larger windows are layered with screens to soften the light and add privacy. Paired with deep eaves and warm textures, a subtle take on the tropics shaped by sun and shade.

A quiet retreat from the city's hustle.

The goal for this residence was simple: create a home that feels genuinely calm. We used an open layout and a palette of warm, earthy materials to bring a sense of peace into the space.

The staircase stands as the home's centerpiece, connecting everything with clean, strong lines. Every detail was chosen to build a home that is not only beautiful, but easy to live in. This is our version of modern tranquility.
