A shining example of this transformation is The Insular Life Corporate Centre (ILCC) in Metro Manila — a twin-tower landmark in Alabang’s Filinvest Corporate City. Originally inaugurated in 2001, ILCC has long been a symbol of strength and heritage. Today, it takes a bold step into the future with KONE Modernization.
Our modernization solution — featuring KONE Office Flow, KONE MiniSpace™ DX, and KONE MonoSpace® DX elevators — enhances energy efficiency, ease of use, and security, all while minimizing disruption to daily operations. Through KONE Access, KONE Lane turnstiles, and infotainment integrations, the building will be soon equipped to deliver a seamless, connected experience for tenants, InLife employees and visitors alike.
And for the first time in the Philippines, KONE Lane smart turnstiles will be integrated with KONE Access and infotainment systems — creating a connected, secure, and modern workplace experience for tenants, visitors, and InLife employees alike.
This project stands as one of KONE Philippines’ largest modernization milestones, reflecting our shared commitment with InLife to building smarter, safer, and more sustainable urban spaces.
