We believe building for the future doesn’t always mean starting from scratch. Our work begins with what already exists: we rethink materials, extend their useful life, and design around people, place, climate, and community—a principle that resonates with the Museum of Culture.
Circularity is not only about materials. It is also about continuity.
We’re proud to share this work of the Cultural & Creative DAO.

Welcome to the 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 & 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐀𝐎 (𝐂𝐂𝐃), a digital space where stories, traditions, Indigenous knowledge, craftsmanship, creative expressions, and lived experiences are documented, preserved, and shared through the voices of the communities who carry them.
Through cultural nodes across the Philippines, we work alongside community partners to bring living heritage closer to the world:
🌿 Luzon with Kawayan Collective - Tarlac- Ayta Magantsi Community
Exploring Indigenous ecological knowledge, bamboo harvesting and craftsmanship, food systems, oral histories, livelihood, and community resilience.
🧵 Visayas with Modern Ilongga - Women Weavers of Iloilo
Celebrating Hablon weaving, traditional textile practices, artisan stories, women’s leadership, cultural entrepreneurship, and knowledge passed from one generation to another.
🌏 Mindanao with Balay Kasamtangan - Cultural Bearers & Indigenous Communities
Sharing Maranao heritage, Indigenous identities, traditional knowledge, oral histories, creative practices, youth participation, and stories of cultural continuity.
The Museum of Culture celebrates people practicing culture today, makes space for their stories, and helps cultural knowledge reach future generations.
Every story matters.
Every craft carries knowledge.
Every tradition connects generations.
Explore. Listen. Learn. Preserve. Keep culture alive.
