A basic layout for this type of budget-friendly project. Considering the limited space, the client wanted to have the simplest layout possible. We gave him a straight forward solution, a basic floor layout, and efficient approach to minimize the use of materials by aligning all utilities and giving the client the option to use most practical finishes there is in the market, giving the project a decent look yet being able to finish the project within the clients target budget. Another reason why hiring professionals help in achieving the best result.

A Design for a Three (3)-storey Apartment Building. It aims to house an eleven (11) studio type units. Located in a suburban setting somewhere in the province of Rizal, this project targets to accommodate young couples who are still starting their own family or people working in the different factories and industries within the vicinity. The simple and economical design maximizes the space and still gives the users ample ventilation and space. The single parking was only a provision in-case a widening of the road right of way will push thru in the near future.
