Position: SALES EXECUTIVE (1 position available)

VDM Glass and Aluminum Supplies and Services, Inc. is looking for competent, committed and result-driven SALES EXECUTIVE to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Our company offers above average compensation package including full range of benefits to qualified candidates.

Job Description:
• Generates new businesses through different networking events and industry contacts.
• Implement high-velocity sales process through high volume calls, email outreach, direct/personal call meetings and site visits, sales cadences, targeted campaigns, and other communication channels.
• Manage an end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing the deal.
• Execute prospecting activities on the list of active, inactive, and potential clients.
• Maintains existing client relationships by providing consistent technical support.
• Maintain growth and retention on all assigned client account portfolio.
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with clients to create a partnership that yields results.
• Liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of client’s requirements.
• Maintain lead/account information and document all business opportunities.
• Prospects on potential business and creates an effective pipeline of potential contacts and customers.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree of any four (4) year course or equivalent
- At least one (1) year sales experience
- Willing to work long hours when necessary
- Proficient in MS Office and in utilization of office equipment
- Highly motivated and target driven with good sales track record
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize, has good time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

PROJECT ENGINEER

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or other related discipline
• At least 2 years of project experience working in the construction industry
• Proficient with MS Office, exposure to schedule software and AutoCAD
• Male or Female
• Willing to work under pressure and long hours
• Self-motivated and can work with minimum supervision
• Excelling writing and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties or vendors for the seamless ex*****on of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all parties concerned
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
