It has been said many times that Manila is a city for cars, not for people. The "Urban Link" is a proposal by Ar. Bryll Edison Par that reminds us it's no better time than now to think that cities are for people first and foremost. Safety, comfort and convenience are imperative considerations when planning for mobility.
