The Prism house: We played with the massing and created a prism like facade that perfectly frames the house, being a corner house. Its angular geometry catches light throughout the day, casting shifting textures and shadows that animate the structure as the sun moves.

This dynamic facade juxtaposed against the familiar texture of concrete, stone and wood encourages viewers to pause and engage with its changing characters. More than a statement of scale, it demonstrates that thoughtful design lies in concept and ex*****on, proving that impact is achieved not by size but by resonance and intent.

These modern multi-story townhouses embody a progressive approach to urban living, blending concrete, glass, and wood elements with integrated greenery to soften their contemporary forms. Large windows and planter boxes invite natural light and vegetation into daily life, while facades balance rhythm and texture through vertical slats and clean lines. Landscaped surroundings and paved driveways extend the eco-conscious ethos outward, creating continuity between built form and environment. Contextualization was also considered, as the site’s historic character informed the design approach, ensuring that modern interventions respect and dialogue with the cultural setting. This synthesis of innovation, livability, and cultural sensitivity reflects the design language that TJSO Architects seeks to advance—purposeful, contemporary, and deeply resonant with place.
