Bare Finish
₱28,000 – ₱32,000 / sqm

Standard Finish
₱38,000 – ₱45,000 / sqm

Luxury Finish
₱52,000 – ₱65,000 / sqm

Iconic Finish
₱80,000 – ₱120,000+ / sqm

For example, a 300 sqm luxury-finished home may require a rough budget of around:

₱19.5M = 300 sqm x ₱65,000 / sqm
