Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Jr. Civil Engineer / Site Engineer to join our team and support our ongoing and upcoming construction projects through effective project management, site supervision, and safety compliance.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects from planning to completion
- Supervise site activities to ensure work is executed according to plans, specifications, and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Monitor project progress, quality of work, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and implement site safety protocols
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress and accomplishment reports
- Enforce company policies and regulatory requirements onsite

Qualifications:
- Licensed Civil Engineers & fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to be assigned on-site as required
- With experience in project management and site supervision
- Have a valid Safety Officer Certificate (DOLE-accredited) is plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autocad
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in construction methods, standards, and safety regulations

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and highly dependable Liaison / Admin Staff to join our team. You will play a crucial role in keeping our operations smooth by managing day-to-day administrative tasks and serving as our primary representative for external coordination, document processing, and field transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Liaison & Field Work: Process government permits, clearances, and licenses (e.g., Barangay, City Hall, BIR, SEC, or building/occupancy permits).

Document Management: Handle, organize, and track important paperwork, contracts, receipts, and transmittals.

Administrative Support: Assist with daily office operations, scheduling, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Coordination: Serve as the point of contact between management, field teams, clients, and suppliers.

Errands & Deliveries: Safely transport and secure crucial documents or light payments to bank deposits, suppliers, or client offices.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or liaison role (experience in the construction, real estate, or design-build industry is a major plus).

Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in dealing with various government agencies and corporate clients.

Mobility: Must be willing to travel frequently for field tasks. (Optional: Having a personal motorcycle/vehicle and a valid driver's license is highly preferred).

Attitude: Proactive, trustworthy, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
