GT ADVINCULA LIASON SERVICES and TRADING COMPANY has been servicing PM Sons
Construction since 2010 in their need to process and facilitate Building / Occupancy and
Business Permits / Legal and BIR processing and other related Local Government Unit’s
requirements and other documentation of 7 Eleven Stores from Luzon to Visayas under
the contractor.
MONITORING OFFICERS
Under the company’s services, We have trained and developed the skills and
values formation of Monitoring Personnel to Guard and Protect all deliveries of
equipments, and to secure the leased premises of a 7 Eleven Store on its 85% of
construction to store opening. An alternative and Practical approach to cut cost
on hiring expensive blue guards. Since June 2016 to present we have turn over 57
stores and 32 sites still under the watchful care of our Monitoring Officers.

Miguel Corporation, responsible to the warehousing and delivery to 27 Private
and Public Schools in Manila, Makati and Mandaluyong area.
