May naputol na linya ng kuryente dahil kay Typhoon Uwan? Huwag magpanic — pero huwag ding lalapit. Follow these steps:

𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗬 𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞— at least 10 meters. Don’t touch the wire, the ground around it, or anything touching it (fence, car, tree).

𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗣. Tawag agad sa Meralco (e.g., 16211) or your local electric cooperative, and emergency hotline 911. Report exact location.

𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗡 𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗦. I-block ang area kung safe — tape, cones, or ask neighbors to stay away.

𝗜𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘’𝗦 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗘 𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗦 — move to safety at once and call the fire department / 911.

𝗗𝗢𝗡’𝗧 𝗧𝗥𝗬 𝗧𝗢 𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗘 𝗢𝗥 𝗙𝗜𝗫 𝗜𝗧. Only trained linemen may handle downed wires.

𝗔𝗙𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗦: unplug sensitive appliances or switch off the main breaker to avoid surges.
