PROJECT UPDATE: GALLERIA RESIDENCES TOWER 2 — ELECTRICAL WORKS

NEWCASTLE CONSTRUCTION ELECTRICAL GROUP


✅ OUR ACCOMPLISHMENT & WORKS COMPLETED:

✅ Demolition — Removed all blocked pipes and substandard installations in preparation for new ones.

✅ Layout Marking — Carefully planned and marked all routes and exact locations first.

✅ Chipping & Box Installation — Prepared and installed electrical boxes for all residential units and common areas.

✅ Panel Board Installation — Chipped openings and mounted panel boards in position.

✅ Cutting & Bending Conduits — Shaped pipes to precise measurements on site.

✅ Embedding & Wiring — Installed conduits and completed wiring for unit panel boards.

✅ Masonry Restoration — Properly closed and finished all chipped wall sections.

✅ Pulling Tie Wire — Verified every conduit path from ceiling fixtures down to panel boards to ensure clear routes and identify blocked pipes.

✅ Layout Revisions — Where blocked conduits were discovered, we immediately adjusted and revised the layout accordingly.

All preparation work is now complete — moving forward smoothly! 💪
