Today we celebrate one of the most hardworking, organized, and optimistic people in the OneCon family. No matter how challenging a project gets, you always manage to stay positive and focused on finding solutions. Your dedication, professionalism, and respect for everyone around you make you someone the team can truly rely on. And of course, we cannot forget one of your most well-known qualities — being veeeeery God-fearing. If faith points could be converted into rewards, basin ikaw na ang top contributor sa langit ani. 🙏😂

In fact, sa tanang problema, kahibaw gyud ka kung kinsang santo ang tawagon 😇😂. Bisan mawala pa ang remote sa aircon, murag kabalo gihapon ka kinsang Santos ang tawagan para makit-an 😭🤣. Murag naa kay direct hotline ngadto sa heavenly customer service department. Lost and found? Call Ar. John. Missing documents? Call Ar. John. Nawala ang charger? Santo to the rescue pinaagi kang Ar. John 😂🙏.

Of course, dili pud mawala ang imong legendary office moments 🤣. You are probably the only person we know nga kinahanglan pa i-explain ang joke before makatawa 😂. Sometimes the joke ends before you even realize there was a joke in the first place 😭🤣. Masyado kang inosente usahay nga murag kinahanglan pa namo maghimo ug PowerPoint presentation para lang ma-gets nimo ang punchline.

And speaking of jokes, imong mga jokes pud kay special edition kaayo 😅🤣. Usahay makahurot ug brain cells kay kinahanglan pa namo mag team meeting, root cause analysis, ug feasibility study before namo ma-gets 😂. By the time makatawa mi, human na ang adlaw 🤣.

Naa pud ta sa imong holy side 😇. Taga adlaw murag naay misa sa office kay sige kag kanta ug pang-simbahan songs. Basta makadungog mi ug worship songs, kabalo nami nga naa si Ar. John sa area 😂. Pero according to Ma'am Vicky, despite all those church points (+points), ikaw gihapon ang #1 bully sa office (-points) 🤣😭. We are still waiting for the official investigation report on those allegations 😂.

And syempre, dili gyud makalimtan ang choir practice reminders. Basta naa moy practice sa kanta, pirmi gyud naay moingon ug "AYAW LAGEH KAON UG PISO!" 🤣😅 kay basin kalit napud kag piyok sa pinaka-importanteng part sa kanta 😂🎤.

But beyond all the jokes, we are grateful for your leadership, dedication, and the positive example you set for the team every day. Thank you for being someone who leads with integrity, works hard, stays organized, and always puts God at the center of everything you do.

May your birthday be filled with blessings, good health, happiness, more successful projects, more church points than bully points 🤣, fewer piyok moments during choir practice 😅🎤, and a lifetime supply of santos to call whenever something goes missing 😂🙏.

At the heart of the headquarters is a dedicated boardroom designed to facilitate National Directorate meetings, planning sessions, leadership discussions, and engagements with entrepreneurs, partners, and stakeholders.

The space combines modern functionality with purposeful branding, creating an environment that encourages innovation, strategic thinking, and the development of opportunities that strengthen the Philippine entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Creating functional workspaces that empower healthcare professionals to perform at their best.

Presented here are the design concepts for the Human Resource & Personnel Office, Support Services Office, and Chief Nurse Office of ARC Hospitals, now rebranded as Mactan Med.

The Human Resource & Personnel Office was designed with a balance of professionalism, transparency, and warmth, featuring modern workstations, private meeting spaces, and an environment that supports collaboration and people-centered leadership.

The Support Services Office focuses on efficiency and organization, incorporating streamlined workspaces, ample storage solutions, and a clean, contemporary design that supports the day-to-day operations essential to hospital services.

For the Chief Nurse Office, the design embraces a calm and welcoming atmosphere through soft tones, natural textures, and warm lighting—creating a space that reflects leadership, compassion, and excellence in patient care.

Together, these spaces were thoughtfully developed to support productivity, foster teamwork, and enhance the overall workplace experience within a modern healthcare environment.

Presenting the design concept for the President’s Office and Conference Room of ARC Hospitals, now rebranded as Mactan Med. The design embraces a modern executive atmosphere through warm ambient lighting, wood textures, refined finishes, and a balanced professional yet welcoming environment. Every detail was carefully planned to reflect sophistication, comfort, and functionality suitable for a healthcare institution’s leadership space.

The restroom design complements the executive office with a clean and contemporary aesthetic, integrating premium materials, soft lighting, and minimalist detailing to create a relaxing and elegant experience.

A bachelor’s home in the heart of Cebu City—this 1-bedroom condominium embodies a design that is simple, functional, and purposeful.

The architecture reflects clean modern lines, muted tones, and well-planned spaces. Every square meter is maximized: the kitchen is efficient with a blend of concealed storage and open shelving, the bedroom maintains a calm atmosphere with built-in cabinetry and subtle lighting, while the living area opens to natural light that balances comfort and style.

The design avoids unnecessary ornamentation—straightforward yet refined, with emphasis on practicality and ease of use. Materials were carefully chosen for durability and elegance, combining dark stone finishes, light wood textures, and neutral palettes to achieve balance and continuity across spaces.
This home is a statement of modern urban living—no excess, just the essentials, elevated by thoughtful architecture.

Every dream starts with a single step, and today, we officially break ground on another meaningful journey.

We would like to give thanks first and foremost to the Ultimate Architect above for His continuous guidance and blessings throughout this project.

Congratulations to Mam Jennifer Potot and Sir Edwin Potot on this remarkable milestone. We still remember when they first approached us, humbly sharing their vision for their future home. We told them then, and we will say it again today, that the fruits of hard work should never be something to be shy about. They should be celebrated.

This home represents years of sacrifice, dedication, perseverance, and success, and we are truly honored to help bring that vision to life.
