C Residence — While much of the design stayed true to our original presentation, this project also became a genuine collaboration with our clients. They made a few thoughtful changes along the way, and through ongoing conversations and approvals, the home evolved while remaining true to the overall vision.

For the interiors, our role was simply to complement the architecture—layering warmth, texture, and thoughtfully curated pieces that added personality without overwhelming the space.

Designed for a young family of four, this home is conceived as a timeless backdrop for everyday life—allowing its spaces to evolve alongside the family that inhabits them.

Located within a dense residential neighborhood, the house adopts an inward-looking architecture, presenting a restrained and private street presence while selectively framing outward views. At its heart, a double-height communal space brings light, openness, and connection to the home’s everyday living.

A perimeter of mature trees further softens the site’s edges, creating privacy while maintaining a quiet relationship with the surrounding neighborhood.

MASTER SUITE | Condo Renovation

BATH — Originally designed as separate his-and-hers bathrooms, the client opted to convert the secondary bath into a full walk-in closet. This allowed us to expand the remaining bathroom and create a more generous master suite.

By getting a few square meters from the adjacent bedroom, we were able to accommodate both a separate shower and bathtub, replacing the original combined setup.

Updated finishes, layered textures, organic materials like rattan, and warm lighting transformed the space into a calming, resort-inspired retreat—balancing quiet luxury with everyday practicality.

BEDROOM AND LOUNGE — To maximize functionality, we integrated custom built-in cabinetry for both the sleeping and lounge areas, creating a more intentional and cohesive design while adding valuable concealed storage.

BATHROOMS | Condo Renovation

By updating the finishes — large format stone tiles, matte black cabinetry, and layered lighting, we transformed it into a space that feels clean, elevated, and quietly luxurious.

While the original bathroom featured an integrated bathtub, the client felt a shower would be more practical for everyday use. Converting it to a walk-in shower allowed us to maximize both functionality and visual openness within the space.

KITCHEN | Condo Renovation

The kitchen was clearly due for a refresh. Between the vinyl tile floors, orangey wood tones, gloomy lighting, and dull stone counters, the space felt dark and dated.

We took the opposite approach—introducing warm light oak cabinetry and a beautiful sintered travertine countertop. Just those two elements completely changed the character of the kitchen, bringing in warmth, brightness, and a much more timeless feel.
