We are soliciting applications for Field Engineer - Telecom for possible contract to commence in March 2021.

As a Field Engineer - Telecom, you will plan, coordinate and execute telecom system installations, including equipment configuration, commissioning, end-to-end testing, troubleshooting and start-up at various customer sites.

You are expected to prepare required documentations from planning all the way to final customer acceptance.

You must be experienced on configuring and testing telecom-grade network equipment including OPTIX OSN500, CIENA 3900 Series, Cisco ASR Series, ETN500 Series or equivalent. You should be fully conversant with circuit and application testing, including BERT, RFC 2544, PING, BRICK, and Wireshark. You should also have a solid background on structured cabling, including fiber optics.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering with at least two (2) years' experience in the telecommunications industry, or a Technical/Vocational Diploma with at least five (5) years specific experience with telecom service provider as a CPE Installer or similar position. All applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Holders of Registered Electronics Engineer license from the Professional Regulation Commission is a plus, and experience on typical access network equipment used by dominant telecom players in the Philippines will be a definite advantage.

We are soliciting applications for Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer for possible contract to commence in March 2021.

As a NOC Engineer, you will manage internal change management function and coordinate with customer, update NMS data base, coordinate with field groups, carry out testing, logical mapping and migration of user circuits, conduct application testing including BER, RFC, Latency, BRICK, Ping, Speed Test, among others. You will monitor status of network and customer circuits through the NMS. You will also need to ensure minimum disruption on the services during planned outages, update NOC switch log system in a timely and accurate manner, conduct complex fault isolations, analyze and implement proper isolation procedures, review fault and recommend test plan to identify root cause of the issue.

You must be experienced on operating and testing telco-grade network equipment including OPTIX OSN500, CIENA 3900 Series, Cisco ASR Series, ETN500 Series or equivalent and network management systems as well as customer relationship management systems. You should be fully conversant with SDH, MPLS, OTN and Carrier Ethernet technologies.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent, with at least five (5) years' experience in the telecommunications industry.

Holders of Registered ECE or EE license from the Professional Regulation Commission is a plus, and experience on typical access network equipment used by dominant telco players in the Philippines will be a definite advantage.
