Solar Technician

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Solar Installer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, commissioning, and maintaining residential and commercial solar PV systems.
Responsibilities
* Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and batteries.
* Perform site assessments and measurements.
* Read and interpret electrical and solar system plans.
* Conduct testing and commissioning of solar systems.
* Troubleshoot electrical and solar-related issues.
* Follow safety procedures and company standards.
* Communicate professionally with clients.
Qualifications
* Experience in solar installation or electrical work.
* Knowledge of AC and DC electrical systems.
* Can work at heights and outdoors.
* Physically fit and willing to travel.
* TESDA Electrical Installation & Maintenance certification is an advantage.
* Driver’s license is a plus.
