👷 SAFETY OFFICER
We're looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious professional to join our growing team!

Qualifications:

- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or any related course.
- Preferably with Safety Officer certification (SO2/SO3 or equivalent).
- Knowledgeable in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and regulations.
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to be assigned to project sites.
- Can work with minimal supervision and under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor company safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and hazard assessments.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE OSH standards and company regulations.
- Conduct safety orientations and toolbox meetings.
- Prepare safety reports, incident investigations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with project engineers and site personnel to maintain a safe working environment.

Join our growing team! We are looking for a skilled and motivated CAD Operator to be part of our company.

✅ Qualifications:
 Graduate of BS Architecture
 With at least 2 years work experience as CAD Operator, 3D Visualizer or related position
 Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, or Blender and others.
 Knowledgeable in architectural, engineering drawings and construction detailing standards
 Able to work under pressure and to manage multiple projects and deadlines
 Good communication and teamwork skills
 Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
 Preferably a resident of Cavite

📌 Responsibilities:
 Prepare and revise technical and as-built drawings using AutoCAD software
 Produce detailed architectural, 3D Rendering presentation to create photorealistic images, animations, or virtual tours and construction drawings
 Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams
 Ensure accuracy and completeness of plans and layouts
 Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to oversee project operations and ensure quality construction work on-site.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
 At least 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer
 Knowledgeable in Cost Estimation
 In-depth understanding of construction processes, site supervision, and safety
standards
 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
 Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
 Good communication and coordination skills
 Proficient in MS Office, CAD and other engineering software is an advantage
 Preferably a resident of Cavite

Responsibilities
 Supervise daily site operations and manpower

Job Summary:
- Provide creative and practical design solutions, ensuring compliance with the National Building Code of the Philippines, Export Processing Zones and LGU regulations.
- Prepare architectural plans, 3D rendering for exterior and interior perspective
- Prepare sanitary plans, electrical plans, mechanical plans, electronic plans based on the information given by the professional engineers.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, sub-contractors, and suppliers for proper presentation of information on the documents (plans, quotations, etc.) to be submitted to the clients.
- Monitor project progress to meet the project accomplishment schedule based on the approved plans.

Qualifications:
- Trustworthy and Honest
- Highly dedicated Team player with a positive attitude towards growth and success
- Licensed Architect
- Preferably a resident of Cavite
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Rendering design software

We're Hiring!

Our company is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator / Site Engineer to join our team. The role typically will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and supporting on-site project ex*****on to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.

Job Summary:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project timelines
- Analyze plans, specifications, and other documentation
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis
- Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Monitor project costs and identify potential risks
- Assist in bid preparation and submission

Qualifications:
- Preferably a resident of Cavite
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Minimum 3 years experience as estimator
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing
- Proficient in Autocad and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Valid Driver’s license and can drive 4-wheels vehicle
