FMDN Builders is a general contractor that was established in November 2017. Francheezca Mae Nono-Roque, who graduated as a Cum Laude at Malayan Colleges Laguna and passed the Civil Engineering Licensure Exam last 2015. This construction company completed all legal documents such as:

> Mayor's Permit
- Environmental Clearance
- Sanitary Perm

- Engineering Clearance
> DTI Registration
> BIR Certificate of Registry

It aims to have well-executed projects to achieve the quality satisfaction of our clients. We emphasize the client-contractor communication and follow-through procedures and updates to ensure that the client's objectives are our top priority in planning and executing our projects. Its project management and execution philosophy are as follows:
> To create a detailed schedule & plans to meet the client's objective
> To communicate all the details needed clearly including the transparency of all the material costs to the clients
> To supervise closely the quality of work done
> To track the project progress to complete the agreed schedule

This week, work continues with the concrete pouring of foundation footings, alongside material deliveries and excavation for footing tie-beams—essential steps in creating a strong and stable foundation for the structure.

Every milestone brings the project one step closer to completion, with our team remaining committed to quality workmanship, safety, and timeliness.

Construction Progress Update!🚜

Work continues on our two-storey residential project in Tubigan, Biñan City, Laguna. The project is currently in the foundation and column works stage, with installation of steel bar for foundation footings and columns actively in progress.

Through careful planning, quality workmanship, and consistent site supervision, we continue to keep the project on schedule while maintaining our construction standards.
