Job Description
Basic Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Others or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably supervisor for five-(5) yrs & up and experienced employee specialized in manning, directing and supervising number of site personnel.
Job Qualifications:
- Can and able to work at heights (40m & above,)
- Has number of years (at least 5 years) of experience in leading skilled workers and helpers.
- With years of experience in executing construction works in areas of architectural, civil, structural, electrical, mechanical (welding and metals), etc.
- Perform work in full awareness and compliance with standard Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) consideration procedures.
- Can perform coordination with in-house site engineers, client representatives and other personnel involve in the project.
- Knows how to read and understand construction plans and drawings (architectural, structural, electrical, etc), do basic estimate, evaluate physical progress, schedules and perform basic engineering sketches.
- Can evaluate construction personnel performance and knows how to delegate work to right task for the right person.
- Able to perform measurements using different types of measuring tools
- Knows how to use caliper, pull-push rule and other leveling and measuring tools/equipment.
- Familiar with different types of structure material such as, but not limited to, structural steel sections, deformed bars, concrete related materials and other telecom related equipment.
- Can work at heights up to seventy-(70m) high structures and higher is an advantage
- Can perform work with less supervision, work with initiatives and concerns with his/her to team members welfare
- Know how to evaluate different types of structure conditions such as, but not limited to concrete, structural steel, etc.
- Aware of being in a team and work as a team player
- With inter-personal skill and knows has to coordinate with different level of people is a big advantage
- Willingness and should be available to be assigned in different areas of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will also have a big advantage in his/her application on this position
