Then provide a concept design if everything will work. Check if within the BUDGET revised if NOT. (Note during Concept) all engineering and Ar are included in the concept.

This was me presenting the Structural Assessment and Investigation Report for four existing buildings, each with four stories last September 2024.

The assessment included both destructive and non-destructive investigations of the structural elements, conducted in accordance with ASCE 41 guidelines. Additionally, a retrofitting design was also presented as part of the report.
