To our clients,

Please be informed that while we already have most of the building permit requirements, we are still awaiting for the FDAS and Sprinkler system layout from the Arezzo PMO. Due to this, we are unable to submit the documents to the Office of Building Administration at Pasig City Hall. However, we will still be provided with the Notice to Proceed for unit renovations by the Arezzo PMO. Thank you.

Despite the memo that we can proceed with our removation works as stated in item number 13, we were told to put on hold all of our projects. We've already organized a skeleton workforce to reduce foot traffic within our community but we will gladly comply to the request of the Property Administrator. Hopefully, we will be able to resume by April 12, 2021.
