Today, we remember the courage of those who stood their ground in Bataan — but also the quiet strength of Filipinos facing battles of a different kind.
In the middle of rising prices, floods, waste-filled streets, and the noise of politics — the Magiting na Pilipino still wakes up early, still shows up, still hopes.
This is kagitingan — quiet, resilient, and real.
As we look to the future, may we not only remember our past heroes, but see the ones among us today.
Kahit mahirap. Kahit madumi.
We still care. We still fight. We still believe.
