Construction Project Manager

Join our growing team and be part of exciting residential, commercial, and fit-out projects!

📌 Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related Engineering field
📜 Licensed Architect or Engineer (advantage but not required)

🛠 Minimum 1 year experience in construction project management or site supervision
🏗 Experience in residential, commercial, or fit-out projects preferred

📊 Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes & regulations
💻 Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office/Google Workspace
👷 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
📝 Excellent communication and documentation skills

🚗 Driver’s license (advantage)
📑 Familiarity with permits processing, safety standards & quality control procedures is a plus

✨ We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, results-driven, and willing to conduct regular site visits.

We are looking for a skilled 3D & CAD Specialist to join our team.

Requirements:
Proficient in AutoCAD
Proficient in SketchUp

Experience in at least one rendering software:
-Lumion
-Enscape
-D5 Render
-Twinmotion

Responsibilities:
-Prepare accurate 2D drawings and 3D models
-Produce high-quality architectural renderings and visual presentations
-Submit weekly progress or as required
-Coordinate with the design/project team when needed

Qualifications:
-Detail-oriented and organized
-Able to meet deadlines
-Good communication skills
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
