We are excited to introduce Atty. Herbert D.G. Matienzo, a distinguished lawyer and the Acting Executive Director of the DTI CIAP Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP), as one of our esteemed speakers for the International Contract Management Forum (ICMF) 2024! 🇵🇭

Atty. Matienzo is also the current Executive Director of the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB), where he has been instrumental in modernizing licensing processes and ensuring compliance with the Ease of Doing Business Law. With degrees from San Beda University-Manila, University of Southern California, and Syracuse University, as well as specialized executive training from Harvard University, his deep expertise in both law and public service is impressive.

Since his appointment in 2017, Atty. Matienzo has led significant reforms, driving efficiency and improving standards within the construction industry. His commitment to public service, influenced by his background, has had a lasting impact on the industry.
