The house features a modern tropical design aesthetic, which is prevalent in the Anvaya Cove community to harmonize with the "mountains meet the sea" natural setting. This style emphasizes a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living, maximized natural ventilation, and the use of natural materials to suit the local climate.

The building is a multi-story structure with varying rooflines, which helps release hot air upward (a passive cooling technique). A prominent glass-enclosed vertical shaft, likely an elevator or main stairwell, serves as a distinct architectural element in the facade.

As with many homes in Anvaya Cove, the design is likely woven into the terrain, utilizing the natural slope of the land to create interesting levels and perspectives, as seen by the terraced landscaping and the integrated garage at the lower level of the rendering.
