How to Fix Floor Tiles? First identify if you're fixing a small cracks or replacing the entire tile with new. For minor cracks, use a tile repair epoxy with filler. However if its consider large damage or loosen tiles, we need to remove the old entirely, then replaced with new.

To prevent moisture of our customer's roofdeck, a complete elastomeric waterproofing protection system by Sealbond was used & specified by the designer. The system was applied over fresh concrete covering a total of 599.23 sqm area.

1) We used Sealbond Epoxy Penetrating Sealer that helps promote adhesion of the protective coatings and waterproofing membrane to the concrete substrate. It penetrates deeply providing an effective first line barrier against intrusion of water.
Waterproofing primer which is a vital part of Elastomeric & PU Waterproofing System for concrete gutters, roof decks, toilet & bath, firewalls and other similar concrete structures. It has an exceptionally low viscosity property that enables it to seep through concrete surface porosity providing an effective first line barrier against intrusion of water and other liquids. Its excellent adhesive and chemical resistance properties will provide the user years of trouble-free protection.

2) For the Topcoat, we use Bondflex EWB Elastomeric Waterproofing Paint is a high performance UV resistant water based coating formulated based on 100% Acrylic Emulsion for use as waterproofing paint on walls and roofs. It possesses outstanding exterior durability and excellent elasticity and elongation properties necessary to bridge forthcoming hairline cracks without cracking or wrinkling. Its a highly recommended for the waterproofing of roof deck, concrete gutters, toilet and bath, G.I. Roofing and Roof
tiles and as protective coating for Polyurethane Foams.
