At 12:43 AM today, the **Nabas–Caticlan–Boracay 230kV Transmission Line Project – Line 1** was successfully energized.

This project has been years in the making, overcoming extraordinary challenges along the way—from the Boracay rehabilitation and the global pandemic to right-of-way constraints. What makes this achievement even more meaningful is the dedication, resilience, and unwavering commitment of everyone who helped bring it to completion.

Congratulations to the entire **TBDC NCB Team** for this remarkable accomplishment. Your hard work and perseverance have made this milestone possible.

Our sincere appreciation as well to our trusted foreign partner, **PowerChina–Sinohydro**, for your continued confidence and collaboration, and to **NGCP** for the trust and opportunity to be part of this significant undertaking.
