- Designed with a front-sloping lot in mind, this 6 bedroom house plan has a modern exterior and and a contemporary open floor plan inside.
- Walk up two flights of stairs - stopping at a balcony-like landing - to get to the covered front door. Inside, you are greeted with views to the Living Area ahead. That area is open to the Dining Area and Kitchen giving you a full wide unbroken space. The Kitchen has a large island with casual seating for four.
- The Master's Bedroom is on the second floor and has an optional private balcony and a large walk-in closet.
- The Third Floor has three Bedrooms plus a loft overlooking the foyer below. The Flex Room can be used as a recreational/entertainment room, office, or study area.
- The lower level has a two Bedrooms. A Mud Room that serves as a transition space between the Living Area and the 2-car garage.
