Today's Site Visit – San Pablo, Laguna

Story time:

This highlights the importance of hiring the right technical and professional personnel to build your home—especially when it’s funded by your hard-earned money.

For more than a decade, the owners believed that the area highlighted in yellow was their property. For years, with the help of their uncle, they cared for this land—planting fruit-bearing trees, and slowly and painstakingly clearing weeds and grass—only to later discover that the actual property was the one highlighted in red.

While developing an initial plan for the site, we noticed discrepancies between the presumed location and the one indicated on the land title. Our trusted Geodetic Engineer verified that the correct property was, in fact, the one marked in red.

Imagine if the owners had not hired qualified professionals. They could have ended up building their home on someone else’s property—wasting time, money, and effort on a house that would never legally be theirs.

This situation is a clear reminder that hiring the right professionals isn’t just an added cost—it’s a necessary investment that protects your time, money, and peace of mind.
