This design aligns with contemporary urban housing trends, prioritizing functionality and sustainability while maintaining a sleek and professional appearance.

A modern, dynamic, work-life balance hub situated comfortably away from rowdy city centers.

The Bonavida Center in Quezon City houses corporate offices and health facilities in a modern yet eco-friendly space, while also incorporating a full-sized basketball court for extra-curricular activities. The space creates both a professional and refreshing area to work and play in the urban landscape.

The Christian Gospel Center was designed to transform a tight 600 sqm lot on a busy street in Makati into a modern, awe-inspiring, community-building worship space.

A standout feature of this church building is the pioneering multi-level Smart Parking System — marking a first in Philippine construction.
