It is with great sadness that our Principal Architect, Ar. Melvin G. Patawaran, has passed away yesterday.

Ar. Melvin’s unrelenting passion for Architecture and Heritage Conservation has deeply touched and inspired his former and current students from UST-College of Architecture, our apprentices and colleagues in the profession. A brilliant mind who has achieved so much in the industry but remained humble, genuine and willingly shares the knowledge & experience he has accumulated. Someone who can command authority and respect while inspiring everyone he’s met.

Thank you to our clients over the years and everyone who has supported our Principal Architect in all of his endeavours academically and professionally.

Your legacy will live on in your family, Tropiks, friends and colleagues. Rest easy and surf endless waves joyfully in Heaven.
